I work with women and men and specialize in depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, grief and loss, dealing with life limiting and terminal illness, women’s issues, and aging. Treatment approaches used are psycho-dynamic, trauma informed, cognitive behavioral, and a solution focused perspective. We will work together to achieve your goals and develop ways to put into practice what we discuss in therapy. Therapy is a partnership of the therapist and client with the goal of empowerment and to improve sense of self and quality of life.
